Louis DeMark received his BS in Exercise and Sports Science from Ursinus College in 2007 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2010. He is a board certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy and has been working for Brooks Rehabilitation since 2011. Currently, Dr. DeMark is the Neuromuscular Research Program Coordinator of the Brooks Rehabilitation Clinical Research Center, and also serves as contributing faculty within the University of Baylor’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. His primary research interests include locomotor recovery and adaptability following stroke and spinal cord injury through collaborations with the University of Florida. Dr. DeMark has presented his research at national level conferences and has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching in his local elementary and high school sporting teams.
